This 51 year old female wanted significantly fuller and perkier breasts than provided by her existing 492cc silicone implants. She underwent implant exchange and breast augmentation by our board-certified plastic surgeon using 650cc style 45 Smooth Round Full extra high profile Allergan Natrelle silicone gel implants inserted through existing incisions and positioned under the chest muscle for a more natural appearance.
