This 36 year old female wanted significantly fuller and perkier breasts. She had already had breast augmentation with 375cc saline breast implants. She underwent breast implant revision surgery by our board-certified plastic surgeon using 600cc style 45 Smooth Round Full extra high profile Allergan Natrelle silicone gel implants inserted through the inframammary fold (the natural fold under the breast) and positioned under the chest muscle for a more natural appearance.
