This 45 year old female who already had 371cc implants wanted fuller and perkier breasts. She underwent breast implant exchange and breast augmentation by our board-certified plastic surgeon using 600cc style 20 Allergan Natrelle high profile silicone gel implants inserted through the inframammary fold (the natural fold under the breast) and positioned under the chest muscle for a more natural appearance.
