This 54 year old female desired a more lifted look to her sagging breasts and at the same time wanted to exchange her implants with smaller sized implants. She underwent combination of breast lift and breast implant revision by our board-certified plastic surgeon. A Wise pattern breast lift (anchor shaped incision) was performed to improve the sagging of the breasts. At the same time as the breast lift, her existing 400cc breast implants were exchanged with 300cc Allergan Natrelle style 68 high profile saline implants.
