This 39 year old female wanted fuller and perkier breasts. She had already had breast augmentation with 375cc saline implants. She underwent revision breast implant surgery by our board-certified plastic surgeon using Allergan Natrelle style 68 high profile 550cc saline implants filled to 590cc on the right and 570cc on the left left. The implants were inserted through the inframammary fold (the natural fold under the breast) and positioned under the chest muscle for a more natural appearance.
