This woman had noticed loss of volume in her upper cheek. The bony ridge of her lower eyelid was more visible and the fat pockets of her lower lid were becoming quite visible. After a cheek lift, volume was restored to the midface and the appearance of the cheek has improved as well as the fat pockets of the lower eyelids.
