This 40 year old mother of two children wanted fuller and perkier breasts and also desired a more lifted look to her sagging breasts. She underwent combination of breast lift and breast augmentation by our board-certified plastic surgeon. A vertical breast lift was performed to improve the sagging of the breasts. This type of breast lift is also known as lollipop breast lift. .At the same time as the breast lift, breast augmentation was performed using 375cc style 20 Allergan Natrelle high profile silicone gel implants inserted through the inframammary fold (the natural fold under the breast) and positioned under the chest muscle for a more natural appearance.
