This 45 year old mother of two children wanted a more lifted look to her sagging breasts and also desired fuller and perkier breasts. She underwent combination of breast lift and breast augmentation by our board-certified plastic surgeon. A periareolar breast lift (donut mastopexy) was performed to improve the sagging of the breasts. At the same time as the breast lift, breast augmentation was performed using 304cc style 15 Allergan Natrelle moderate plus profile silicone gel implants inserted through the inframammary fold (the natural fold under the breast) and positioned under the chest muscle for a more natural appearance.
