This 45 year old mother of two children desired a fuller, more lifted look to her sagging breasts. She underwent breast augmentation using Smooth Round Moderate (SRM) 310 Allergan Natrelle moderate plus profile silicone gel implants inserted through the inframammary fold (the natural fold under the breast) and positioned under the chest muscle for a more natural appearance. At the same time a periareolar breast lift was performed to improve nipple position. The patient could have benefited from a full breast lift.
