I also decided to go with Dr. Naficy too and I am 10 days post op with a revision rhinoplasty (my first was open) and a septoplasty. My entire experience could not have been better.  I am very swollen still, but every day, I can see minor changes and I can see the beautiful nose it will become when it is healed.  He had to take cartilage from my ear to help rebuild my nose from my first rhinoplasty.  I am looking forward to flying back to Seattle for my 1 year follow up pictures because I think the comparison is going to be amazing! Seriously if my little kids end up wanting a rhinoplasty when they get older they are going to him.  He better still be practicing!
