A $500 Non-Refundable Deposit is required for all single treatments and procedures of $1,000 or more. If you late cancel or no-show your deposit will be forfeited. Please review our cancellation policy here.
Packages expire 3 years from date of purchase.
If a partially used package is eligible for return, the remaining services or products will be refunded at a modified pro-rated rate. E.g., if you purchased 6 filler syringes at a 15% discount and used 1 syringe, if eligible for a return, the cost of 1 full-price syringe will be deducted from the package price and remaining balance refunded or credited.

INJECTABLES
Botox
Minimum purchase is 10-units, and 5-unit increments thereafter.
$15 per unit for 10, 15, 20, and 25-unit packages
$14 per unit for 30, 35, 40, and 45-unit packages
$13 per unit for 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, and 100-unit packages.
$12 per unit for 125-unit package.
All Botox packages may be pre-purchased; however, only 125-unit packages may be banked and used over time. All other packages must be used in a single visit.
Dysport
NOTE: 3-units of Dysport is the equivalent of 1-unit of Botox.
Minimum purchase is 30-units, and 15-unit increments thereafter.
$5 per unit for 30, 45, 60, and 75-unit packages
$4.67 per unit for 90, 105, 120, and 135-unit packages
$4.34 per unit for packages over 150, 165, 180, 195, 210, 225, 240, 255, 270, 285, and 300-units.
$4.00 per unit for 375-unit package
All Dysport packages may be pre-purchased; however, only 375-unit packages may be banked and used over time. All other packages must be used in a single visit.

Tattoo Removal
Tattoo Removal pricing varies depending on size, location, colors, intricacy of the tattoo, and length of session required.
Prices are $500.00 per session for small tattoos, $750.00 per session for medium tattoos, and $1,000.00 per session for large tattoos.
There is a $100 surcharge for color tattoos.
Very large tattoos will be give a custom price.
There is a 10% discount on packages of 3 treatments and 15% discount on packages of 6 treatments.
