Aesthetic Medical Assistant
Job Summary:
As an Aesthetic Medical Assistant at Naficy Rejuvenation Center, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care. You'll assist our providers with various tasks including taking photos, and educating patients on our cosmetic services. You will also help manage inventory, prep treatment rooms, and schedule appointments. Your goal is to ensure every patient leaves our clinic feeling confident and revitalized.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; MA / CMA Certification
- Minimum two years of experience in a plastic surgery, dermatology or related aesthetic practice.

- Proactive in anticipating provider needs for patient treatments.
Responsibilities:
Primary Duties:
- Patient Welcome and Initial Assessment: Welcome patients to exam rooms in order of appointment times. Set up treatment rooms for scheduled procedures or anticipate needs for unscheduled treatments.
- Cosmetic Services Education: Assist the provider with educating patients on product indications, typical uses, and cost ranges.
- Provider Support: Prepare products and all necessary patient information before the provider enters the room.
- Photo Documentation: Take high-quality photos using an iPad or camera for patient records.
- Exam Room Maintenance: Clean exam room after patient visits.
Secondary Duties:
- Inventory Management: Stock treatment rooms. Notify clinical staff of supply needs to avoid shortages.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other duties as needed to support the clinic.
