COMBINATION TREATMENTS = CREATING THE BEST RESULTS IN THE LEAST AMOUNT OF TIME

Restoring volume in your face is one of the most effective and natural ways to look younger and more vibrant. Restylane and Juvederm treatments are a quick and effective way to give your face instant volume - smoothing out deeper lines and folds, and plumping lips for a youthful smile. The positive effects of Restylane and Juvederm are even more dramatic when used in combination with the smoothing effects of Botox. Botox not only smoothes fine lines and wrinkles - it also prevents new lines and wrinkles from forming! Both treatments can be performed in less than 15 minutes and typically do not require any downtime. Worried about facial skin laxity? Add Thermage to your treatment plan for a non-surgical face lift! Be proactive in maintaining your skin - call us for a complimentary consultation to see what combination treatments can do for you. You will be amazed by the results!

FAT INJECTIONS TO THE FACE

One of the best ways to help reverse the signs of aging is to add body fat to the face! Using gentle techniques, Dr. Naficy removes fat from the abdomen, thighs, or buttocks. Your own fat is then injected into the face to fill in wrinkles, correct nasolabial folds, or to plump lips. The greatest advantage of fat over Sculptra or Restylane is that it is 100% natural. Thermage

Thermage is a non-invasive treatment that delivers tighter skin, renewed facial contours and healthier collagen. The Thermage procedure employs a patented radio frequency (RF) technology called ThermaCool. It has been clinically proven to tighten and gently lift skin to smooth out wrinkles and renew facial contours. The incision-free procedure is fast and easy, and requires no downtime from normal activities. Thermage generally can be performed on patients of all skin types.

How does Thermage work to reduce wrinkles and tighten skin laxity?

During your Thermage procedure, a controlled amount of RF energy is delivered to the skin by a treatment tip called a ThermaTip. With each touch to the skin, the ThermaTip uniformly heats a large volume of collagen in the deeper layers of the skin and its underlying tissue while simultaneously protecting the outer layer of the skin with cooling. This deep uniform heating action causes deep structures in your skin to immediately tighten. Over time, new and remodeled collagen is produced to further tighten skin, resulting in healthier, smoother skin and a more youthful appearance.

How is Thermage different from Polaris?

Thermage uses a single type of energy (RF). Polaris uses a synergy of dual energies (diode laser and RF) to penetrate the skin at several levels - broadening its range of treatment. The energy delivered by Thermage penetrates much deeper into the dermis, therefore many people see results following a single treatment. Polaris treatments are less penetrating, and typically much more comfortable, but several treatments may be required for optimal results.

Will Thermage work to tighten my body as well?

Newly FDA approved, the ThermaCool system is now available to tighten areas of skin laxity on the body, such as the arms, thighs and abdomen. If you are suffering from loose body skin due to weight loss, having children, or aging, Body by Thermage has been very successful as an alternative to surgery for tightening skin without downtime in the vast majority of cases. Used in combination with Liposuction or Mesotherapy, the improvement can be dramatic - all without surgery or downtime!

How many treatments will I need?

Unlike similar procedures requiring four or more sessions, a single Thermage treatment has produced results in the majority of patients. Your Provider will determine the course of treatment that is right for you.

Am I a good candidate for Thermage treatments?

Thermage treatments are effective for almost all skin types. Your Provider will personally assess your skin to determine whether you are a good candidate for Thermage treatments.

Are Thermage treatments painful?

You will feel some discomfort, which can be minimized by using a topical anesthetic (numbing cream).

What will happen after the treatment?

You may experience redness, itching and/or swelling in the treated area, but this typically lasts a very short time. Most people can apply cosmetics and return to work or normal activity immediately after treatment.

Should I be doing anything in preparation for my treatment?

You should avoid sun exposure and tanning (including artificial tanning products and procedures) before and after your treatments. An SPF of 30 or higher should be used on treatment areas before and after the procedure.

Combination Therapy: Combine Thermage treatments with Mesotherapy, Fotofacial or injectables such as Botox or Restylane for optimal results!

Thermage smoothes away fine lines and wrinkles on the face, improving the general texture of your skin. Fotofacial uses intense pulsed light (IPL) to improve overall skin tone from the effects of age and sun damage. Fotofacial smoothes away facial flushing, broken capillaries and surface lines, and reduces the appearance of pores. Injectables such as Botox and Restylane complement Thermage treatments by targeting specific areas in the face, producing excellent results in smoothing out deeper lines and wrinkles. Botox works to further smooth away fine lines caused by facial contortions, and Restylane is a filler designed to naturally plump deeper lines, folds and creases in the skin.

Combining Thermage treatments with Fotofacial Botox or Restylane provides general and targeted treatments, creating an overall rejuvenation system. Fotofacial, Botox, Restylane and Polaris treatments can be performed during the same office visit to produce dramatic effects without surgery, with minimal time investment and virtually no downtime.

Thermage treatments on the face and body can be combined effectively with Mesotherapy as well, for even more dramatic results. Mesotherapy is a 100% natural substance injected into the layers of fat under the skin. Mesotherapy works to melt away the fat from within. Thermage combined with Mesotherapy will provide an overall fat-reducing, skin tightening treatment - all without surgery or downtime.
