Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.

Special arrangements can be made in advance to accommodate your needs beyond these hours.

Directions and Map

Driving from Overlake Hospital

• Turn right onto 116th Ave NE
• Turn right onto NE 8th Street and cross over I-405, heading toward downtown Bellevue
• Take the first possible right turn onto 112th Ave NE
• Look for the One Twelfth @ Twelfth corporate campus signs on the right between NE 10th and NE 12th
• Turn right into parking garage entrance
• Take the West building elevators up to the 1st floor to Suite 150
